Nizar Saadane is a university professor and international finance professional with extensive experience in IFRS, financial reporting and higher education.
He teaches finance and IFRS-related subjects within degree programmes at HEC Paris, including the Programme Grande École.

He has many years of experience delivering advanced IFRS training to finance professionals, executives and advisory teams in international environments.

In addition, as a Professor of Innovation and Digitalization in Finance at HEC Paris, he leads the Applied Corporate Finance Academy, contributing to the development of the next generation of global finance leaders.

Alongside his academic roles, he is actively involved in executive education and professional training programmes, collaborating with leading institutions and organisations such as ESCP Business School and Lefebvre Dalloz, delivering high-level training to finance professionals in both English and French.
